It does an excellent job of discussing the various psychological triggers that cause people to postpone. Then we discuss practical and useful ways to avoid delays. Some of these methods are simplified in this book and I think more discussion is needed, but most of the points are fairly appropriate and applicable. I personally feel guilty about postponing important things when the author thinks he is nailed to his head, resulting in less motivation and productivity. I knew there was a time when I felt like I was a good performer at work. I could not put my fingers in until I read this book. The problem is that you have completed your work over time and have set a deadline. But I waited until the end, which was well done before the deadline. 
This caused unnecessary anxiety and low motivation. I feel guilty for not having finished my work despite the time left. After reviewing the information in this book, I realized that rather early on, I wanted to finish early. Instead of wasting time, I can finish the job perfectly and worry freely at the end. I have found in this book that there is a key element in delaying everything listed on the list of bad habits. First of all, I changed my work to make it usually look busy. 
We then filled the TO TO list with less important items. It felt like I was productive, but I knew from the back of my mind that I had to complete more important tasks to reach my goal. I even went so far as to help others with simple things as mentioned in this book. I felt like I read my mind when I wrote this article because I worked regularly to avoid prioritizing work.
So when you see the reasons I mentioned earlier in this book, I have helped you reach the conclusion that it is not the only person who has this problem, but more importantly, it can solve the delay problem. Shane B is a well-defined problem It is a very difficult and complex task to have difficulty completing despite the considerable competence in completing a task on time. 
I leave them until it’s too late. Or you have to rush to the end. To solve this recurring problem, I chose to read how to solve it all at once.
